  Jest to fragment starołacińskiego, przedhieronimowego przekładu II Księgi Machabejskiej, dokonany z Septuaginty;
  rękopis powstał pomiędzy 780 a 820 rokiem w okolicach Werony lub w samej Weronie;
  datacja i miejsce powstania za: Elias Avery Lowe, Codices Latini antiquiores. A palaeographical guide to Latin manuscripts prior to the ninth century. Part 9: Germany. München – Zittau, Oxford 1959, poz. 1074;
  są to przednie i tylne karty ochronne wyjęte przez Wilhelma Molsdorfa z XV-wiecznych żagańskich rękopisów I Q 442 i I Q 275;
  w sumie zachowało się 3/4 karty pergaminowej formatu in folio (obie ćwiartki dolne i prawa górna);
  na karcie 1v u góry obrócona do góry nogami pieczęć z napisem „Königliche und Universitätsbibliothek Breslau”;
