This monograph describes always present and very essential issue of financial situation in a broad sense of many dimensions and sectors. This issue refers to all organization units regardless their form, size or the sector of economy they belong to. In a group of problems concerning a sphere of public finances we present an impact of direct payment on a level of debt and an investment in farms, financing hospitals and innovative researches of universities in Poland. In this mainstream we also consider financing and commune investments policy for a balanced development of rural areas in the Wrocław agglomeration. In the area of finances managing issue and a risk in financing market we also discuss issues of finding supplies in a bank activity according to Polish regulations, proposals of CRD V/CRR batch and also bank loans for garden groups of agricultural producers. Additionally, in this group, issues concerning financial management that is Polish report concerning estimation of value at risk for joint-stock companies and English report – The Controversial Currency Pair are discussed. The third mainstream of this monograph shows issues concerning tax law where you can find an elaboration on possibilities in choosing forms of taxation of income from a business activity. In this part we also consider an issue of consolidation of a Polish structure of tax, customs and fiscal administration as an element of enhancing efficiency in a battle with grey area in Poland.
