This monograph constituting a collection of 42 articles to the Jubilee Book is an attempt to establish the dynamics and consequences of the process of penetrating new legal and social phenomena into public administrations. It is formulated in the research field of administrative law, administration, and administrative policy as key areas of the classical trinity of administrative sciences.
