Pismo informacyjno-rozrywkowe wydawane przez Oskara Opitza w Namysłowie. Początkowo tygodnik, w latach 1873 - 1923 wydawane 2 razy w tygodniu (z wyjątkiem roku 1919, kiedy ukazywało się 3 razy w tygodniu), od 1923 - 6 razy, a od roku 1924 codziennie. Od 1899 także oficjalny biuletyn miejski, z odpowiednim podtytułem: Zugleich Amtlicher Anzeiger für die städtischen Behörden. W 1912 roku zmiana podtytułu: Amtlicher Anzeiger für die städtischen Behörden. Dodatek (od 1938 roku): Grenzlandheimat. Heimatblätter für Stadt und Kreis Namslau. Beilage des “Namslauer Stadtblattes”.
