Popiersie en face. W drapowanym płaszczu pod szyję podtrzymywanym prawicą. Nad dolną krawędzią odbicia płyty kursywą: „Er Quellinius delin.“ (po l.); „Petr. de Iodes Sculp.“ (w centrum) Io. Meyssens excudit.“ (po p.). Na odwr. druk. nota biogr. flam. Q. z traktatu (k. 55. v). Brzegi ark. Z ubytkami mech. podklejone.
