In addition, the issues related to the science and legal journalism in the field of intellectual property in the Kingdom of Poland are presented in the work. The author proves that despite unfavorable historical conditions (dependence on the Russian Empire and its outdated legislation), all areas consisting of intellectual property developed in the Kingdom of Poland, although not uniformly and with varying intensity.
