 abstract={The publication is a collection of scientific works by Krystian Complak, an eminent specialist in constitutional law, expert in the political system of Latin American countries, author of original theoretical concepts and comparativist. The occasion to publish it is the anniversary of the birthday of Professor Complak, who has been working at the University of Wroclaw since the beginning of his scientific career. The book contains the most important studies (or fragments thereof) by Krystian Complak from the period of 47 years of his employment at the Universityof Wroclaw.
