• Abstract:
  
  
  "Entrepreneurship in the Educational Practice of Lower Silesia" – the book that is hereby presented to the reader – constitutes the result of a research and didactic project implemented in the first half of the year 2014 under the same title. Its authors aimed to initiate investigations into entrepreneurship competences of the future graduates of pedagogical studies, to conduct a diagnosis of their knowledge, to verify their skills, and to discover their weaknesses in the discussed area. Self-employment is going to become a necessity for many of the graduates. This pertains not only to those representing the areas connected with education. That is because unemployment among university graduates has becomea common problem. This is evidenced by, among others, mentioning this social group as one that requires help in "Strategy Europe 2020, OperationalProgramme Knowledge, Education, Development". It also needs to be mentioned that innovativeness and entrepreneurship have been recognised by the European Parliament as key competences, while in the Polish system of higher education they remain nonexistent.;
  
  
  
  Przedstawiana Czytelnikowi książka "Przedsiębiorczość w dolnośląskiej praktyce edukacyjnej" jest pokłosiem projektu badawczo-dydaktycznego realizowanego w pierwszej połowie 2014 roku pod tym samym tytułem. Zamierzeniem autorów było zainicjowanie badań nad kompetencjami z zakresu przedsiębiorczości, jakimi legitymują się przyszli absolwenci studiów pedagogicznych, a także diagnoza ich wiedzy, weryfikacja umiejętności i wyłonienie deficytów w zadanym obszarze. Dla wielu absolwentów, nie tylko tych reprezentujących dziedziny związane z edukacją, samozatrudnienie stanie się koniecznością. Problem braku miejsc pracy dla ludzi młodych, kończących studia, stał się bowiem powszechny. Świadczyć może o tym chociażby wskazanie tej grupy wiekowej jako wymagającej wsparcia w "Strategii Europa 2020, Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza, Edukacja Rozwój". Warto również wspomnieć, iż innowacyjność i przedsiębiorczość zostały uznane przez Parlament Europejski za kompetencje kluczowe, a jednocześnie w polskim szkolnictwie wyższym treści te w dalszym ciągu pozostają nieobecne.
